As part of an amazing group of influencers, I’ve been given a Jawbone Up Wrist band to test out.
I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now and am impressed with how easy it is to add this to my every day routine.
This nifty little band is not only stylish, but its size doesn’t get in the way and is quite accurate.
I was impressed with how easy it is to set up and just how well it tracks my sleeping habits.
Setting and achieving walking/steps goals have never been easier. You can even set an alarm to go off when you have been inactive for any length of time.
I love that it tracks our steps, sleep, food, water and that it helps us to keep moving. You can scan your food items and easily enter in the portion size you had.
With easy to read reports the Jawbone Up band helps us to keep on track with moving more often throughout the day.

Are you trying to get more steps in? I do find that wearing this band helps me to watch what I eat simply because I don’t want to have to record it.
