I know you can GoodSearch and find a gazillion sites with free wallpaper for your computer, but this site is amazing. Cute Wallpaper that can have text added to it or you can send it as an e-card OR even use as a twitter background. So many choices to dress up your computer or phone background. Here is one I did for my computer. Have fun and swap out backgrounds often.
