November is generally when the majority of people stop and think about all the blessings that surround them. This is the time we celebrate Thanksgiving and express our gratitude even more than normal.
People take time to really take inventory and consider just how blessed they are and then take the time to express their thankfulness.
May I challenge you to be thankful daily?
May I challenge you to have your children express their blessings daily?
May I challenge you to look beyond the “norm” and celebrate the little things?
May I challenge you to get into the habit of expressing gratitude to those around you as well as the strangers you meet? (Saying thank you and making eye contact etc)
Here is a link to a free printable called Celebrate the Little Things that you could print out for you or your family to start to keep track of the little things that make life big.
TIP: If you have your children do it, write the month and year on it and how old they were. What how it grows and changes from month to month as you develop children that celebrate each day!
Will you take a moment to leave a few things you are thankful for?
Will you share this so that others can be reminded to express their gratitude?
